A large, complex retail building located in a metropolitan area of Long Island, New York. Project was successfully completed on a short schedule. A unique lighthouse feature was added during project completion.

During 2003 and 2004, Jay Steel has been retained to provide the structural steel for more than 30 Super Stop & Shop stores throughout New England and the Northeast. This included several projects that were renovations of existing stores that were successfully completed while portions of the store remained open with safety and security being a major concern.
